Linea Group is involved in the economic empowerment of young people. Our woodwork industries operate a training program that imparts skills in wood working and construction for young people who exhibit the talent and resourcefulness that is required to be professional crafts men. We train them for free and empower them with tools and capital grants to set up their own businesses. We also ensure that they are in business by sub-contracting them to deliver on interior décor and furnishings for our clients, both locally and internationally. Many of them have grown to become employers of labor themselves.
